About this platform
KEC Giving is the official digital giving platform of Kingdom Expression Centre. It is designed for approved KEC members and their guests to make and manage contributions to the church.
Account access
Accounts are created for KEC members and are subject to staff approval. KEC reserves the right to suspend or deactivate any account that violates these terms or is used inappropriately.
Contributions
All giving is voluntary. Contributions are processed in real time. As with physical offerings, giving is generally non-refundable. Contact the Finance Team for queries about any erroneous payments.
Pledges
A pledge represents a personal faith commitment to give a stated amount over time. Pledges do not create a legally binding financial obligation, and KEC will never pursue legal action to recover an unfulfilled pledge.
Acceptable use
This platform is for genuine contributions to KEC. You must not use it to make fraudulent payments, run test transactions outside of legitimate giving, or attempt to access another member's account.
Disclaimer
KEC Giving is provided as-is. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by third-party services (including Paystack or SMS providers) or network conditions outside our control.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Disputes shall first be addressed through the church's internal resolution process before any external proceedings.
