Information we collect
We collect your name, phone number, date of birth, nationality, and profile photo when you register. We also record your contribution history, pledge activity, and device tokens required to deliver push notifications to your device.
How we use your information
Your information is used to process and record your contributions, issue payment receipts, deliver notifications based on your preferences, and display your giving history and reports within the portal.
Payment processing
Payments are processed securely by Paystack, a licensed and regulated payment service provider. KEC does not store card numbers or mobile money credentials on our servers.
Information sharing
Your personal data is never sold or rented to third parties. Your giving information is accessible to authorised KEC Finance staff. Paystack and SMS providers receive only the data required to process your transactions and deliver messages.
Data retention
Financial records are retained for seven years for accounting and regulatory compliance. You may request deletion of your account and personal data at any time through Settings → Account.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information. To make a request, speak to the KEC Finance Team at church or contact your member liaison.
